By October 2025 the research had become a formal paper and the thesis driving our client work. This paper surveys both fields and makes the overlap actionable for clients. ### [[Home Lab]] (Hardware Enthusiast) **My home server runs AnomalyLab and self-hosted services** (Ollama, Jellyfin, Immich, Crafty 4, Vaultwarden, the notes you're reading) in Docker containers (Nginx as reverse-proxy host). Started as an idea for a consumer NAS build in November 2024, but by December my plans got more ambitious. I ended up building a production server running TrueNAS SCALE (OS) with 6×EXOS X20 18TB (72 TB usable storage due to double parity of RAIDZ2). Similar specs from TrueNAS (formerly iXsystems) retail for $6,600 today (without a dedicated GPU).
