# Build an Unrecruitable Team If I was to walk into your company and say, "Who's in charge?" The person in charge comes up and I say, "Where's your team? Bring your team in here." They come in and I say, "I want to know who you guys look up to in life, and who are your mentors." Everybody grabs a pen and a piece of paper. "Don't write your name on it, just write down who you look up to on the piece of paper. Who's your Mentor?" They fold it in half and hand it to me on the way out. After they're all gone, I open up and lay the papers up on the table. I say to who's in charge, "Come here. Where's your name? Where's your name? Your name ain't on those papers." If you want to build an unrecruitable team, you need to set an example. We're recreating what we think life should look like, and you know what, it's working. We don't let anything in our minds. Nothing. We guard our minds at all times. You come around me, you're negative, I'm done with you. Forever. I don't care how much money you'll pay us, we don't need your money, we're past that now. Strip the titles, who would you follow? #leadership
