1. Do you have a problem advantage? (A problem that isnt solved)
2. Is it a mass market? Or does the marketplace have tons of cash?
3. How painful is the problem?
4. Has to be losing people a lot of money or potential cash
5. Or instead of 1 and 2, find markets that are underserved, and transfer business models that are working in a niche/ make a similar offer in an underserved market or new niche
6. Is it a new opportunity? Or a new way to solve the problem
7. Do you have a strong traffic advantage?
8. Can you be the clear #1 or #2? (They make all the money) (best product, customer experience, brand)
9. Would I be able to do this for the next 5 years without getting paid
10. Am I centered around what is best for the customer? Based around what's best for:
