# Improve Profitability and Cash Flow
1. Look at your whole product suite—the products or services you sell—and rank each product by % of sales, highest to lowest.
2. For each product, find 1) absolute gross profit and 2) gross margin. NOTE: those are the same thing; one's a percentage, and one's an absolute amount.
3. reorganize your sales process to emphasize the ones that give you the most gross profit and gross margin
4. make those the products you sell most often and in the highest volume.
5. consider down regulating some of the ones that don't perform as well.
