The business is a reflection of the entrepreneur. If everything's scattered, everything's erratic, there are five different things going on, and they're doing $10M a year, it's like, why don't you just pick one and get it to $100M?
That's kind of the approach that we tend to have. Maybe there's a front-end product and a back-end product, awesome.
Most people end up creating new products because they just don't know how to sell more of the first one and then end up creating all these appendages attached to the business that ultimately make it harder to run.
