### End of Life (EOL) This is the final phase in the software life cycle. At some point, it might not be feasible or necessary to continue maintaining and updating the software, perhaps because it's been replaced by a newer version or because it's no longer being used. At this stage, the developers will stop releasing new updates or patches, and they might stop offering support for the software as well.
